Seimei Aoyagi

OKAY DISCLAIMER Seimei is not immediately inclined towards acting violently towards others, but it is within the realm of possibility. When he makes a move, it's a gruesome one. He'll be discreet for the most part, but it's quite possible to get caught up with him... and it could easily turn out for the worse.

Seimei has Telepathy: Being of house Loki, Seimei has the ability to influence others and incline them towards one thing or another or to hear the thoughts of someone else. He is not yet proficient with it, but permission in order to use it on your characters would be good for me to have.

Negative CR is a thing: I know a lot of people don't want to deal with a character that's going to stab them behind their back or is going to try and dick them over subtly or use them like pawns. For the sake of being IC, I will be going with Seimei's usual behavior - but if you don't want to deal with it then please let me know here.

He can also go to extremes with violence: He's burned down schools, murdered people, tortured them... if your character is notably threatening to Seimei or to his plans/those that he holds closest, then they are likely to deal with some of his more extreme behaviors. I'll approach a player before doing anything like this, but don't be too surprised.
